Sanitation Services:

Do you have items larger than 4 cubic yards (approximately the size of 2 sofas) that you want us to pick up from the curb or alley? Did your garbage or recycling carts get stolen or damaged? Inform us now by filling out a short form.

Forestry Services:

Where there is a tree hanging over a stop sign, encroaching an alley, has dangerous dead branches hanging over a sidewalk, or is diseased and dying, let us know by filling out a short form.

Street Lighting Services:

Tell us about street lights that are burned out, always on, or other problems - let us know here.

Street Maintenance Services:

Tell us about streets that have potholes, uneven sidewalks, water standing in the street and other street, sidewalk or alley problems can be reported here!

Broken Parking Meters:

Parking meters that are dead, have coins jammed in them, have malfunctioning displays, or have been vandalized can be reported with this online form.

Online Parking Citation Payments:

You are now able to pay parking citations with a credit card 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by utilizing the Online Payment Option! All you have to do is enter your license plate number or the citation number and follow the instructions. A $1 fee is imposed on each transaction. Use the online payment option today for an easy and quick way to pay your parking citations!

Overnight Parking Permission:

Parking is permitted on a temporary basis for special situations or circumstances (i.e. out of town visitors, street or alley construction project).

Next Garbage Day:

**Available April through Thanksgiving**

Streetsigns service request:

STOP, YIELD, ONE-WAY, and DO NOT ENTER signs must be phoned in to the DPW CallCenter at (414) 286-CITY (2489) for the fastest possible response time. Use our online form to report all other missing or damaged streetsigns.

Online Parking Complaint:

Report any abandoned autos or permit violations.
